Genesis is a lively and cheerful young girl who lives with her mother, grandmother, and a newly married uncle. She and her mother do not have a room of their own. Her mother supports the family by working as a domestic helper. Recently, the family experienced the loss of a child, and they are grieving deeply. Genesis is currently in elementary school; she dreams of becoming a teacher in the future. She and her mother hold onto hope and pray that one day God will bless them with a home of their own.
