Katia is a middle school student who lives with her parents and three siblings. The family relies on temporary and irregular work to make a living. The family is facing serious financial hardship. Katia has a serious illness—her nails and lips turn purple—and her mother doesn't know what the illness is. Katia was in treatment for a while but didn't continue due to financial constraints. Katia enjoys playing with dolls, and her heart is very open to knowing God. The family’s most sincere prayer is for Katia’s health, enough food and financial support.
