Evan is small and thin, with a quiet personality. Just four months after he was born, his father sadly passed away. Two months later, his mother remarried and has had very little contact with the family since then, nor has she provided any support for his upbringing. Evan has been cared for solely by his grandmother. His grandmother hopes that when Evan turns four, she will be able to send him to kindergarten. In such circumstances, this family is in great need of outside help and care.
