Kyrylo’s father volunteered for the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Six months after joining the army, he was killed while carrying out a combat mission near Bahkmut. He received the “Steel Cross” award for courage. He left behind his wife and their young son, who miss him deeply. Every fall, Kyrylo’s father went to the forest, and when Kyrylo was old enough, he took him on these trips. Now, this love for forests and mushrooms from his dad has been passed to Kyrylo. Kyrylo loved his father very much and always remembers him with pride. Kyrylo is a shy, kind, active, and creative child. His health is good.
