My Story

Vladyslav’s father served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine when the war erupted in 2022, and he died on June 3, 2023, while performing a combat mission at the age of 42.  Vladyslav now lives with a younger brother and his mother, who is an emergency doctor. She suffers from several chronic health conditions, including thyroid disease, atrophic rhinitis, recurrent nosebleeds, chronic gastritis, and chronic osteoarthritis of the lower extremities, and is currently under psychiatric treatment.  Vladyslav is a calm but somewhat withdrawn and insecure boy. He can be shy and sometimes displays signs of emotional distress at home, including episodes of crying. He takes music and solfeggio lessons, plays soccer, attends drawing classes, and wishes to continue robotics.
