My Story
Jayden is a little boy with Down syndrome, a heart murmur, pulmonary hypertension, and muscular hypotonia. He lives with his mother in his grandparents' house. Jaydens father separated from his mother the day before he was born. To earn some income, Jaydens mother cleans at the church they attend. The members of the church, out of kindness, gave her this opportunity. Jaydens mother takes him to the children's gatherings at church, and he especially enjoys singing hymns to God with everyone.
