Daryna’s father was in Switzerland when the war started at full scale in February 2022. Nevertheless, he immediately returned home to defend Ukraine. In March 2022, Daryna's father went missing in combat. There is still no information about his possible captivity.
Daryna enjoys drawing, singing, and sculpting. She is fond of active games in the air, such as riding a scooter or bike and roller skating. However, Daryna has fragile health, with a weak immune system, adenoiditis, and vision problems.
