My Story
Angelas mother is mentally challenged. She works in other peoples homes where she is exploited by being underpaid and makes it hard for her to support her two children. Angela and her young brother have been living in extreme poverty. Food, clothing and even safe shelter is a big issue. Having a mother who is mentally challenged can be difficult for a growing child. Angela needs to be supported while away from their home to avoid possible sexual abuse.
