When Ram was 9 years old, his mother died of heart attack. About a year later, his father was accidentally electrocuted and died. Ram unfortunately lost both his parents and became an orphan. Now Ram lives with his grandparents. Ram has now found multiple polyps in his throat but has given up treatment because of the family financial constraints. After all this, Ram is still very outgoing, lively, and cheerful. He studies hard in school, and he likes to play football.
